The days are hot and the nights are quiet considering the amount of people that live in Pokhara. 70% of the population are Hindu, 20% Buddhist and 10% Christian. The political situation for the Tibetans is sad. They have no papers to work, and cannot get a passport, so there existence is zero, ( that’s how they feel). We try to support, encourage and slowly the energy level is raised. Yesterday we visited Jambaling a settlement on the road to Kathmandu where they are raising goats to make goats cheese. We bought 3 goats for them and they have around 20. This picture is of Emerzon talking to the women who works with the agriculture. They harvest the wheat for a porridge… It’s all manual work and takes a long time.
