skipexerciseSaw these lovely graphic paintings at the school in Kathmandu 2 weeks ago.. When we came home my nieces daughter had a skipping rope, so for both these reasons, I got my New York bought leather skipping rope out and have started to skip for 5 minutes a day…well its now 8 actually. The pain is felt in the shoulders, lower back and calf muscles, the next day, but now it has become easier.
